Terms of sale
These terms of sale apply to every order placed by a consumer on the Girls Powers online store for delivery in the United Arab Emirates.
1. Seller

2. Products
Our products are cosmetics. Their main characteristics, ingredients and precautions for use are shown on each product page. Photos are as faithful as possible but are not contractual. Offers are valid while stocks last.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED), including VAT where applicable, and excluding delivery fees. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm your order. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
4. Orders
You choose your products, review your bag, enter your details and delivery method, then confirm your order with an obligation to pay. A confirmation email summarises your order. We may refuse an order in case of a previous dispute with the customer or an abnormal order.
5. Payment
Payment is due when you order, using the methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never have access to your card details. Products remain our property until full payment.
6. Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery costs AED 25 for orders under AED 300 and is free from AED 300. Risk passes to you when the products are delivered. If your order is late, please contact us.
7. Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return products that are unopened, still sealed and in their original packaging. Please email us first at contact@girlspowers.ae: we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. We refund the price of the returned products within 14 days of receiving them, using the original payment method.
8. Damaged or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo: we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our expense.

10. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.
11. Personal data
The data collected when you order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. We will always look for an amicable solution first; failing that, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
